The Student Complaints procedure

 

At The Cass we are committed to delivering an excellent student experience. We understand that on rare occassions our students' expectations may not be met.
 
The London Metropolitan University complaints procedure is available to students in their Student Handbook and online

There is also Local Sir John Cass Faculty of Art, Media and Design (JCAMD )procedure :

1. Students can  voice complaints locally through

Their Student Representatives (StARs)

Their course leader

The Coordinator Student Experience

Their Personal cademic Adviser PAA;

To the Student Forum

To their course commitee

2. Formal Complaints .  If the methods described above do not/ cannot provide a satisfactory solution, then a student complaint form can be completed. Confidential Student Complaints forms are available through Faculty and UG/PG Offices and online Student Complaint Form JCAMD March 2011[1].doc

The form should be completed in full and  handed in/ posted  to The Head of Student expereince, The UG Centre, Room 207, Central House, 59-63 Whitechapel High Street, London E1 7PF
