The children's identity and citizenship have become more and more influenced by the Information and Communication Technology in the last decades. There are taking a place number of debates to find out a way to be 'e-citizenship' suitably integrated into citizenship curriculum with the aim of preparing learners for life in the expected 'online society' at present. Together with discussing and understanding technology as a topic in the citizenship curriculum, the paper will provide an overview about the present technology facilities which are supporting the citizenship in the school teaching/learning as well as in informal developing of citizenship skills and abilities in society. Furthermore in the context of ICT-based conversation author describes some basic problems of the adolescent's identity especially from the point of view of the youth's communication by means of the Web services.
