In the article When more get less'1 the author illustrates a work load recognised by many lecturers within the university world. Without an increase of subsidy we have to examine more and more students. In this situation it's easy to be indulgent towards reproduction and accounts of study literature and in oral and written examination instead of encouraging creativity, production and reflection. The solution stated by another author in the same publication consists of the suggestion to make one of our oldest universities a university for the elite only since the scientific quality otherwise is said to be at risk. Sufficient resources however, are in itself I'd like to argue necessary but no guarantee for good quality in education.
